Wonderful stay. Really enjoyed the staff.

Overall, a great trip, we arrived late and I was very impressed with the service we received. Checking in was seamless. The room was very comfortably, wifi worked perfectly and the breakfast was delicious.

You could see the hotel has older infrastructure so some of the amenities could use some updating. Especially in the bathroom, the bathrooms could use some updated infrastructure. So as not to feel too vintage.

I would stay there again.

We really liked the fellow who helped us get our bags to our rooms. He was also helpful in the dining room, taking care of our needs, reserving a table for us and being very attentive. We were grateful that he was there!

Visit to Ondangwa was great - enjoyed the vibe of the people and the beautiful nature [trees]

Quite peaceful, clean comfortable room and friendly staff. Secure parking and easy access. Wi-Fi is good and complementary newspapers welcome.

Only one TV channel available on Saturday - nothing for kid to watch. The breakfast table service can improve. The replenishing of coffee and buffet was lagging, and the table service was slow - had to take crockery and cutlery from other tables.

Acceptable but unpleasant due to the now loss of business thanks to the unconnecting wifi !!!!!!

All was ok

The wifi didnt connect to laptop or phones although being told the strongest connection was in the room allocated to me. Urgent emails were to be sent that night and due to being unable to send them I have lost business !!!!!!!!

Generally a very pleasant stay.

The staff at the Restaurant were very friendly - thumbs up to them. The northern part of the country generally has poor service and I was very impressed with the service of the Restaurant staff, both for dinner and breakfast.

The rooms are quite outdated for a Protea hotel and should be modernised. Bathtub instead of shower, old carpets, old-fashioned feel and look in the rooms. However it was generally a pleasant stay.

This hotel does not meet normal Protea standards - and most certainly nof Mariott hotels. Dinner was SUB -standard!

Bar personal was nice.

Bar personal was nice. Breakfast was pleasing and nice.

Nothing to complain, but no personal touch at all. You directly notice you are part of a chain. The staff won't walk an extra meter, cause they don't benefit from it.

Clean hotel , checking out takes ages , food not advisable go to Spar down the road it's better

The food was not that good , standards have dropped since I was last there , waitresses where untrained and didn't understand basic English .

Staff were friendly and helpful. The place was very clean (smelled of cheap disinfectant everywhere). The grounds were very well looked after.

For this price I would have expected things like a fridge in the room and a hairdryer. I've stayed in much cheaper places with these amenities.
